Required for all volunteers per EWSD Board Policy

What is a CRC? A Criminal Record Check (CRC) verifies that volunteers do not have disqualifying criminal history as defined by Vermont statute and EWSD Board policy.

EWSD uses Identogo / MorphoTrust for fingerprint-based checks. After you submit this form you will receive an email with a link to schedule your fingerprinting appointment. There is no cost to the volunteer; EWSD covers the fee.

CRC results are confidential, reviewed only by the district HR office, and are valid for 3 years unless you leave and return.
